چکیده
Exosome, a micro-vesicle, has role to maintain cell-cell communication in paracrine manner and can induce cell proliferation differentiation. Recently exosome mediated differentiation gain attraction development biology due transfer mRNA miRNA recipient cell. But it remains unclear whether adipose derived stem cells (ASCs) could adopt the dermal papilla (DP) like properties with (DPC-Exo). To understand effect of DPCs-Exo, DPCs-Exo was characterized ASCs monolayeror spheroid cell- cultures were incubated DPC-Exo combination medium specialized for DPCs, CAP1/2FP. Dermal (DPCs) initially evaluated by comparing several genes protein those DPCs via real-time PCR analysis immunostaining, respectively. We also presence hair growth related miRNAs, especially mir-214-5P, mir-218-5p mir-195-5P. Here, we found that miRNAs expression patterns varied from Passage 4 (P4) or P5. Also, CAP1/2FP increase at low concentration propagated inductive gene Versican (vcan), Alpha-smooth muscle actin, (α-sma), Osteopontin (opn) N-Cam (ncam).Immunocytochemical suggest partially upregulated VCAN, α-SMA along maintenance β-catenin which are similar their pattern microRNA, mir-218-5P mir-195-5p ASCs. concluded early stage potential equip ability through mir-RNAs.

A review of adipocyte lineage cells and dermal papilla cells in hair follicle regeneration
Alopecia is an exceedingly prevalent problem effecting men and women of all ages. The standard of care for alopecia involves either transplanting existing hair follicles to bald areas or attempting to stimulate existing follicles with topical and/or oral medication. Yet, these treatment options are fraught with problems of cost, side effects, and, most importantly, inadequate long-term hair cov...

Intradermal adipose tissue plays an essential role for hair follicles (HFs) regeneration by regulating hair cycles. However, the effect of reconstruction of HFs and the involvement of adipose-related cells are poorly understood. We investigated assembly strategies for the interactions of dermal papilla (DP) cells with adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) in promoting hair formation. DP cells lose ...

متن کاملMesenchymal Stromal/stem Cell-derived Extracellular Vesicles Promote Human Cartilage Regeneration In Vitro
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a rheumatic disease leading to chronic pain and disability with no effective treatment available. Recently, allogeneic human mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (MSC) entered clinical trials as a novel therapy for OA. Increasing evidence suggests that therapeutic efficacy of MSC depends on paracrine signalling. Here we investigated the role of extracellular vesicles (EVs) secr...
